Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS", "Policy") are a legal agreement between MaskdDev ("we", "us", "team") and you, the user. By using Writer-Bot, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted to be bound by these Terms. If you under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need to have your legal guardian review and agree to these Terms in order to use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any point in time, to add, modify or remove legal requirements. If the aforementioned changes affect your usage of Writer-Bot, we will notify you at least seven days prior to those changes taking effect. Unless stated otherwise, continuing to use the Service after modifications to the Terms will display your agreement and acceptance to those changes.

Limitation of Liability

Writer-Bot is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or security of Writer-Bot or its content. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use Writer-Bot or its content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Writer-Bot or any part of it at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these terms of service from time to time. Your continued use of Writer-Bot after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
